- This link will open the survey page on the official website of the company.
- After the official website of the company loads, then you will have to provide some of the information on the opened page to start the survey.
- You can also change the language of the survey to your native as well by clicking on the “Bahasa Indonesia” link.
- In the first field, you will need to enter the store number which you have visited.
- You can get the number of the store from the receipt slip which you got from there.
- After the store number, you would have to indicate the date of your visit to that store.
- The date of your visit is also mentioned on the receipt slip which you are using.
After you have entered the required information, then click on the brown colored “Start” button to go to the next page where you can start the survey to share your visit experience at their store with them. You can do so by giving answers to some of their questions.
