• After you have reached to the website of the company, then click on the blue colored “Continue” button.
• By clicking this button, you will be allowing the website to use the cookies and collect all the information about your system and your visits.
• On the next page, you would have to provide the survey code in the first field.
• You can get the survey code printed in front of the receipt slip which you got from the store of company which you visited.
• After the survey code, you would need to enter the exact time of your visit to that store.
• Time is also printed on the receipt slip.

After you have entered both the code and the time, then click on the blue colored “Start” button to start the survey, in which you would have to answer some of the questions of the company about the service which you get on your visit to their store and also about the products that you got from there.
