• By this link, you will get to a web page on which you need to provide some of the information about your visit to any of the company’s store to get to the survey.
• First of all, you need to choose the language from the top right corner of the opened web page in which you are comfortable in conducting the survey.
• After choosing the language, you will need to type the number of the store of the company which you have visited.
• If you do not know the store number, then you can get the store number from the receipt slip which you got from that store of the company.
• After the store number, you will have to enter the number of that receipt slip in the second field.
• After entering the receipt number, you will need to select the date of your visit to that store, the date is mentioned on the receipt slip.
• After you have entered all the required information in this page, then you will have to click on the black colored “Next” button to go to the next page on which you can conduct the survey and tell the company about your visit to their store.
