• Now select the language in which you want to conduct a survey and then click on the “Next” button to go to the next page.
• Now select the date on which you have made a purchase from any of the store of the company.
• If you do not remember the date of your purchase, then you can find that date from the receipt slip which you have gotten from the company after the purchase.
• After the date, you will have to enter the time of your purchase on your mentioned day. Write the time which is printed on the receipt slip.
• Now you would have to enter the receipt code in the next field. You will have to re-enter the verification code in the next field from your register slip for the verification.
• Select if you are older than 13 years or not. After the age, you will have to enter the security word in the field.
• After that, you will have to click on the white colored ‘Submit” button to save your provided information to the company to start the survey.
• In that survey, you would have to share your experience of shopping at their store and your feelings about their services.
